ARTWORK AND TYPSETTING CHARGES ARTWORK FORMAT: EPS, AI, High Resolution JPEG, TIFF, GIF, and PDF for PC are required. We utilize CORELDRAW 11. ARTWORK CHARGE: Artwork is $40.00 per hour unless camera ready artwork is supplied. Artwork is considered camera ready if it is black and white with sharp enough details to make a film positive. TYPESETTING:: $15.00 (net) Fonts: Arial Regular, Regular Times New Roman, Arial Black, Cooper Black, Comic Sans, Freehand, Garmond WHERE TO SEND: Please forward all artwork to artwork@mmi-products.com.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND RATES NORMAL PRODUCTION: 7 - 10 business days (Except Hard Hats) from approval of paper proof and/or receipt of prepayment if necessary. Within 1 to 2 days after receipt of proper artwork, we will fax you an order acknowledgment form confirming prices, items, quantities, terms, shipping date, shipping method & address, artwork and imprint color. We require that you fax back this sheet before the order is put into production. If the acknowledgment is not faxed back within 1 working day, the shipping date may need to be adjusted. ASSORTED COLORS: : If an item is marked as assorted colors ONLY, and a specific color is needed, please add $0.06 (g) per piece. This is subject to availability. Specific colors can be ordered for Medi-Clips and bandage dispensers (20,000 min), Fund Raiser Shell (5,000 min), Mini Vinyls (10,000 min), and Vinyl Wallets (3,000 min). $60.00 (g) color mixing. RUSH ORDERS: If we can fit your rush order into our normal working hours, it will be done at no additional charge. If the production schedule is full, and overtime is needed to complete your order, then a charge of $0.30 (g) per piece will be added to the order for orders with minimums of 125 pieces, and $0.40 (g) for orders with minimums of 25 pieces. SPLIT SHIPMENT OR BLANKET ORDERS: $10.00(g) All orders will be produced and paid for at time of first shipment. The total order must ship within 3 months of initial shipment. SHIPPING: F.O.B. New Jersey. LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS: Quote on request. LESS THAN MINIMUM: $40.00(g) TERMS: All first-time orders are prepaid. Established and approved customers in good standing: NET 30 days. Past due accounts charged 1 ˝% per month. SAMPLES: Random samples are billed at end-column pricing, plus shipping and handling. Call for spec samples. CANCELLATION CHARGE: Orders in process will be charged for materials used. Minimum charge is $50.00. OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: 5% Industry Standard is acceptable. CO-OP PROGRAMS: Call for details. GUARANTEE: All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. RETURNS: All items, including samples are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects. Claims must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
IMPRINTING PRICING: Includes a one-color, one-location, screened imprint or printed 4-color process label depending on the product. SILK SCREEN: Additional screen printed colors are $0.20(g) per color per location on all items with minimum quantities of 125 through 250. Add .40g for quantities of 250-3000 ea per color/location Additional screen printed color(s) on product codes with minimum less than 125 are $0.60 (g). One-color imprint only on toothbrushes. SCREEN AND PLATE CHARGES: $80.00(g) per color and per location, except for Hard Hats. Please call for information. LABELS: $62.50 (g) for 1-color to 4-color process label. Exact PMS matches are not possible. Please supply CYMK artwork. REPEAT SCREEN PRINT ORDERS SET-UP: $37.50(g) per color per location. PMS COLOR MATCH: $60.00(g) PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: A paper proof is sent via fax at no charge with order. The proof must be signed and returned before production will begin. If changes are needed to the original proof, and a second proof is needed, then a charge of $7.00 (g) will be added. Actual product proof allow 5 additional working days. Screen charges, sample, and shipping will be billed to the customer if the sample is rejected due to incorrect artwork supplied by the customer. COPY CHANGES: $40.00(g)
